Unbelievably, ‘male’ is still the default gender in pretty much everything, from medical, financial and legal practice, right through to product design and AI training. The implications for women (and society) are hugely detrimental so we’re bringing together experts who, aware of embedded male-bias, have dedicated themselves to understanding women and using gender relevant evidence to meet their client’s bespoke needs.
