We are Big Sister and our mission is to make sure women get easy access to the expert advice they need to make informed decisions about their health, wealth and happiness.
If you are frustrated by lack of access to GPs who know more about women’s health issues than you do, bamboozled by conflicting advice of dubious experts flooding your socials, incredulous at the ‘one size fits all’ approach to problem solving, your daughter’s health, your mother’s health and mental health, then Big Sister is for you.

We’re looking to collaborate with a range of specialists, from doctors who specialise in women’s health, counsellors, family lawyers, finance and money management experts to personal trainers, business coaches, psychologists and nutritionists who share our mission to empower women with the gender-specific, evidence-based advice they deserve.
What we offer will be shaped by what women tell us they need. Whilst we establish ourselves we’ll be hosting a number of events, bringing women together from different fields to inspire and inform.

Reset mind and body at the first Big Sister retreat in an idyllic setting in Goudhurst, TN17. We’ve gathered the perfect team to help you build strength and stamina, learn how to fuel your body, and recharge and rest your mind.
We will begin the day with a strength and stamina session lead by the brilliant Sarah Best of Find Ur Fit. This will be followed by a nutrition workshop and midday yoga flow with our expert practitioner Abir Hamza-Goodacre. After a nutritious lunch, provided by Standen Country Catering, we will learn how to clear the mind and reconnect with nature on a meditative walk with Karen Porter, of Lifeworks with Karen. The day will be topped off with an enlightening talk by Big Sister’s guest speaker, women’s campaigner and best-selling author Kate Muir.
